Meh, I found myself with a lot of ideas for drawings, but no will to do them...So to fight this block I started the "30 days OTP challenge"!
Day #1: Holding hands.
I don't know if I'll do it day by day... or if I'll keep Dexter and Blossom as the main couple. I mean, I have TONS of OTPs in the CN universe, both in and out of shows. For now I'll go with them because of som personal reasons! :3

(βββββ) Well, it really didn't take off until Fusion Fall came out of beta, but I had always known about the pairing since bleedman's comics. There was something lacking in the way he portrayed the characters in his comics. But when Fusion Fall came out, there was back story and character development for a lot of the Cartoon Network characters, and I had fun filling in the blanks.
I guess I really like the old trope the nerd getting someone out of their league kinda thing-- but then realizing it's silly to judge relationships on imaginary measurements. I also love characters with big egos. So writing Dexter and Blossom constantly stepping on each other's egos is fun. OH! And on another level, I believe Dexter and Blossom understand what it's like to be isolated because of their intelligence, so they kind of share a "yeah, I know what that's like" emotional bonding. I think a lot of people get caught up in and stop at the dynamic that it's two intelligent characters who happen to get along because of similar interest, rather than seeing they're two kids looking for acceptance and their place in the world. Which, I guess you could say is the basis for most characters ever written, but the nuances of these characters interest me the most.
Oh man, I could go on and on about this. γ½( ´¬`)γ But I'll just stop here and ask you, what got you into the pairing? I feel there aren't as many regularly active Dexter/Blossom fans, so I'm trying to do my part in keeping the dream alive, lol. And your art is amazing so I am throwing some support and motivation at you. (((οΎβ§ββ¦)οΎ β
