The leader of all Witches. There's nothing else in the world that the Grand Witch hates more than humans, as she often creates schemes that attempt to do them in or perform major damage in their standing in the world, but her plans tend to have one or more glaring flaws in them. In spite of her evil character, she does care for her fellow monsters.
