Hi hi!

This is my favourite dessert... is my recipe...very easy, and hope you love it and try to bake it!

You need:

1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate [link]
1 teaspoon of baking powder (Royal) [link]
2 melted butter bars
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup of nuts in big pieces
6 or 7 mashed ripe bananas

Preheat your oven into 210°C

Mix in a bowl the mashed ripe bananas with the baking soda, flour, bicarbonate, butter, sugar and eggs... mix with your hand, so it is well incorporated... then add the nuts and do a last mix.

Grease and flour your mold...you can make one big, or a lot of individual cup cakes...you choose.

Bake at 210 ° C for an hour or hour and a half or until you insert a wooden toothpick in the center and comes out completely clean.

Let it cool and enjoy! ...

I eat it just with a glass of cold milk, but you can serve dusted with icing sugar or with vanilla ice cream.

If it left a little, keep it refrigerated.
