Even if you don't speak english very well, it is always more honest if you at least try to explain that you did not draw it yourself. If you don't then everyone will assume that you drew it -and when they discover you didn't, they will call you a thief.
Give credits, and no one will bother you with accusations. Insulting people is NOT going to help you, it will only make you look like a thief AND a jerk.
If you want people to actually focuse on what you do, it would be great if you gave a link to the image you used. This way, we would be able to see how your work affected the image and no one would call you a thief.
