Description "At last, millenia are a decimal, a piece of something fleeting,
something ephemeral and nothing else without any value.
Constructing buildings that will not last, a design of something fleeting."
This is an experimental piece I've made for my portfolio. The title is in spanish because it sounded quite better than the one in english, "Ephemeral Architecture". The concept is hard to get, that's why this is the first time I think I'm going to explain what the image means.
Architecture means something constructed, it can be a building, a lifeform, even a chair. I've tried to compare buildings with a cycle of life which you can notice in the apples: life until death. The building are exploding at the same time, so both constructions can expire in every moment. There're some references to time too in this image, which I consider important in the process of a destruction.
Summarizing, this is a metaphora of a life cycle. Our life is ephemeral, like architecture, like everything else. Anything lasts forever.

The interpretion of this building is beautiful! If you weren't an artist, maybe you can go be a philosopher! The picture gives the feeling of 'ephemeral' too. I love it!

does anything last forever? i'm not to sure about that to be honest. i mean, the idea comforts me, but i don't really agree with it .
however, the way how you executed this concept is stunning, like all of your work. again you show that you get a good way with colours, composition and creating a surreal atmosphere through out your work.
this piece somewhat reminds me of one i saw a few years ago on DA, you might want to take a look at it: [link]
