This would have to be one of my favourite of all your images, Jeffrey. I work in an organic chemistry lab, but this looks much more interesting than that.

Thank you. I'm not 100% happy with this, so if I get some time, I'm going to revisit it and see if I can't get a cleaner image. I am happy with the shape though. Looks like the models we made in chemistry class.

I dunno Jeff in alot of ways you and i agree that grain in a image is bad but on this one it doesnt really "look" that way , it gives it a feel of it being as you called it , a molecule in a vast energy.

That is a nice piece. I like how the structures are made!
Good job!

Wow, that is really cool! This fractal really does look like molecules floating around in space. Loving the structure in this piece, as well as the subtle color you used. This looks like something I would see on a geology class lecture slide.

Yet another awesome fractal you have made. You are exceedingly good at this, the cloud effect of the molecules and coloring of this are great as well. another +fav of yours.

Thanks, Adam. Not entirely what I was expecting, but I think I can live with this one. I tried to delete the swirly lines surrounding each orb, but couldn't get it. The more I looked at it, the more they reminded me of the electron orbits, so I guess I was defeating the purpose of deleting them. Lithium? I'm not sure. I wasn't going for a specific element or compound. At one point, I was even going to joke around by making one up and naming it some fractal name, but it occured to me that fractals are in nature all around us, so I ran with that instead.
Anyway, I told you I had a chemistry one. I might revisit this project on another day to see if I can do anything else with it. My next one I'll post in a couple of days. I think I have my best Ultra Fractal image yet, but I don't want to post it too close to this one.

Like they're floating in water and the ripples move from them. I suppose, chemistry wise, that's true in the essence of molecules? -not a genius- I like it a lot. The colors are great with this piece. It's very eyecatching.
