For an RP where i was asked to create a child of Elsa originally i designed it around the premise of having one of my OC's fathered her but the plot soon changed and so did the character's design the Name Cecania is a German name for girls meaning Free or Freedom i felt this name was appropriate for this character but most can call her Ceca for short.

I took on the idea to start a new project and get a feel for drawing icy characters and for the most part i'm really into this character to.

Cecania meaning Free about 16 years old now,

Flowing white hair or a very platinum blond , pale skin, piercing blue eyes (the kind that could make your blood run cold or just plain scare the hell out of someone). She really likes the color blue or cold colors all around and she displays that in her choice in style.... While not one to wear elegant gowns too often except for special occasions Cecania prefer a more tomboyish look but still displays a strong level of sex appeal, meaning tight leather and low cut to show some skin.

Like her parents especially her mother Elsa she is a creature of absolute beauty if it wasn't for her somewhat unlady like temperament suitors would be lining up one after another. Unlike Elsa Cecania isn't afraid of her powers over cold and is much more in-tune with them that she doesn't have to rely on a constant mental state to keep them in check. But never the less she adores her mother and wants to keep her happy to the point that she hates anyone who would revile or blame her for having magic in the first place.

Her father if you prefer to us the term is another OC mono-feminine I want to develop, at first she was sent to assassinate Elsa for reasons she never even knew but the two became close and started a family. If possible I'd like to make it so that Elsa's lover faked her death in order to keep them safe though Elsa doesn't know this right now.

Plot wise I want to do something where Elsa was still in danger being fresh off of the events of the movie and if discovered that she was pregnant with a nonhuman creature's child she would have been killed her under the belief that the queen was defiled by some unholy creature. Eventually the citizens have become more accepting of magical beings and Cecania wants her family to be whole again.
She has this almost sixth sense that leads her to believe her father is still alive and wants to bring her back to her mother.
