I was listening to One Summer's Day while writing this. I love Spirited Away so much...

It was always miserable for poor (Name). Either her only family member, Frisk, came home cut up and bruised from the school bullies, or the poor girl got fired for something that was her managers fault, the only thing keeping her alive at the moment was anime, and hope that Frisk would be alive, coming home and saying it was only a joke.

But, alas, fate was not on (Name)'s side as she moped around, tired from a long day off working at her new part-time job. She would get fired eventually, as she always did, for things her co-workers did. She walked to the couch and flopped onto it, not caring about anything, except her younger cousin.

Was he dead? Was he safe? Where was he? Those questions ran in her mind endlessly, but none of them were answered. It had been almost a week now, with the police finding to traces of him were to be found.

Lazily, (Name) turned on the TV, and watched as pointless things popped up. No one cared about the Kardasians anymore. Well, some people might, but most didn't. She picked up the remote and started up the PS4, and played some of her favorite animes on Netflix until she was finally tired of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It was a good a series, but (Name) could only stand so much of Ed for a day.

Her eyes drifted downwards, as she fell asleep, body sprawled across the couch. Her last thought's before the black and emptiness of sleep were, 'Where are you Frisk...?'

~Timeskip!~
(Name) woke up slowly, with her mind wanting to get up already, and her body wanting more rest. Eventually, her mind won, and she made the trek to upstairs and changed into her pajamas. It was Saturday. Saturdays were her favorite day, because she always had them off. Her (favorite color) pajamas were fluffy, and someone could snuggle contently in them all day. She went down the stairs to the somewhat big kitchen and found the giant box of Cheerios that were half empty.

'Frisk runs through a box this big in a matter of days...' the (hair color) girl that bitterly. With her bowl of cereal in hand she walked over to the couch and started eating. Water flowed from her eyes, and she held back a loud sob. The phone rang, something she had been expecting. Reluctantly she picked it up, and answered it, trying to hide back her obvious crying.

"Hello?" (Name) asked solemly.

"Is this (Name) (Last name)?" an official sounding person questioned.

"Y-yes, this (Name). Did you find anything related to Frisk's disappearance?"

"No, we did not, but late at night, we received multiple calls of a loud crack that came from seemingly no where. Until further investigation can be held, we are calling every resident of (small town name) just in case. Have a nice day." the call ended before (Name) could respond.

A loud crash? What could've happened? Did a bomb get set off? Mount Ebott have a rock slide? Oh god. What if Frisk got hurt?

(Name) ran outside with new energy, just to see if anything had changed. The sky was clear, not matching her emotions. Mount Ebott looked normal, as if nothing happened, but some figures were visible standing near the top.

All of them looked strange... But they were to far to see. They all eventually moved as a group towards the trail, in front a small figure leading them. (Name) went inside, thinking nothing of this, and went to wash the dishes that had collected in the sink over the long hard week. She had placed the freshly clean ones into the corresponding cabinets. All of the dishes had been finished when voices were heard at her front door.

"You live in this house, my child?" a sweet and motherly voice asked an unknown person. Frisk once made a joke about how if people knew where the two of you lived, he wouldn't be picked on as much.

Well, he did win the lottery once.

"Ooh my~! Such a nice house you have, Darling~!" a flamboyant voice said, in a very strange manner.

"This place is huge!!" An overly eager but, tough sounding female shouted. (Name) slowly walked to the door, if she wasn't awake before, she definitely was now.

Another knock sounded, this time, longer. (Name) slowly twisted the knob and opened the door as fast as humanly possible, and came to a strange sight. Frisk was there. Along with other... people?

There was a lady with blue skin, and what seemed to be fins on the side of her face, along with a tall robot with pink, black, and silver seeming to be the dominant colors. Frisk walked inside as if nothing was wrong, followed by the other two, and (Name) could look at the others.

There were two skeletons, a taller one wearing orange and what seemed to be an old scarf, and a shorter one with a blue hoodie, and slippers. Two furred people who looked like goats stood behind them, and a very short lizard-like lady with glasses next to the male goat-man.

(Name) stood in shock. Frisk was back. With weird looking people. The other five made their way, and last but... probably not least was one (Name) was not able to see earlier. A small ghost that looked as if he would cry floated inside.

Frisk, however, was running around the house like a maniac as the poor girl shut the door. She then realized she was only in pajamas and ran upstairs to change, but locked the door behind her, just in case. Footsteps echoed in the hall, along with a "U-Undyne! W-w-wait for m-me!"

~POV Change~

After you changed into a more suitable outfit, you went downstairs, only to be met the tall robot from before.

"Are the (Name) I've heard so much about? Frisk has told me so much about you, darling!" he seemed really happy about... Being inside in general, so you gave him a tired smile, nodded and continued into the kitchen.

"My child, I seem to have forgotten your preference, which do you prefer: Cinnamon, or Butterscotch?" the female goat-lady kindly your cousin. She focused on Frisk, a kind smile attached to her face. Frisk said his preference, and the lady nodded happily, before wandering around your kitchen looking for something.

You walked towards Frisk. "Frisk! What is- Where did- How did- What-" the words in your mouth couldn't fully form, your confusion blocking them all out.

"... I got lost in Mount Ebott, and made new friends in the underground, and because they didn't have any place to stay..." he looked down for a second, before giving the cutest puppy-dog eyes you had ever seen, "Can they stay with us?" You couldn't say no to that face, so you smiled at him, and nodded quickly.

Frisk smiled widely, and ran to the couch, and jumped onto it. You felt a tap on your shoulder and turned to see the nice goat-lady.

"You are (Name), yes?" she asked politely.

"Yes, I am, you took care of Frisk, correct?" you asked, somewhat shyly.

"Ah, yes, I took care of Frisk for a while. I hope it is alright if we stay here," she trailed off at the end, obviously embarrassed.

"It's ok," you reassured her, "This house definitely can accommodate everyone, and plus, it won't be so empty anymore!"

She smiled in a motherly fashion at you, before returning to her work. She seemed to be making a pie. You looked quickly at the clock, and made a mental note that lunch would be in about an hour.

You decided to watch some anime until then. The Lizard-like lady was talking with the taller skeleton, and you sat in your own corner, grabbed the PS4 controller, and went to Netflix. Breifly, you could both their eyes on you, before they turned to the TV.

'Hmm... Nothing to violent... How about... Oh, this looks nice!' You decided to play 'Ookami-San and her 7 Companions'. You had never seen it, but a silent gasp sounded from the lizard-like lady, and she focused on the TV almost immediately. The taller skeleton looked interested for a moment, before walking off to the kitchen, but at the same time yelled that he was going to make Spaghetti.

Footsteps were heard, and the fish lady came bounding from upstairs, almost clipping the robot on the shoulder before she jumped onto the couch and turned immediately. Her shoulders sagged slightly, almost as if she was disappointed by something, but as soon as someone got punched, she looked happy. The lizard-lady, however, was completely focused on the anime.
