The details in this piece are just amazing to me. The tattoo, the veins, the eyes (!), the musculature, the scar on his cheek....I cannot imagine the talent and discipline involved in creating something like this! Excellent!

I know most are amazed by the muscles and such things but I'm actually amazed at the vein detail. There are times that I want to add some veins in my artwork but I'm still having trouble with light and shadow so I was really amazed at the details of the veins themselves, especially on the arm not holding anything, that's where they look the best.
