Personality:
Needle rarely shows any signs of emotion. His intellect is rather simple; still he is aware of his state as weapon of a Targetmaster and has accepted Shiftshade as his rightful owner.
Towards other Cons and Bots, Needle prefers to communicate in simple commands. He can speak the Minicon language, but doesn’t dare to use it as long as no other Minicon is around.
And even when he does, his voice is monotone and indifferent.
The only visible expressions for others to notice are the crosshairs of Needle optic, being able to change form as to zoom in and out.
