Description
A small jellyfish in the Shanghai aquarium.The aquarium which contained that jellyfish was blue illuminated.
No modifications (except cropping).

The only thing that would get "sharpened" are the JPEG artefacts my camera introduced. There are no real "edges" the graphics program could detect and rise contrast around them (that's what the "sharpen effect" really does).
I would be glad to see an improved version of that picture - feel free to manipulate and show it to me afterwards - but I believe there is no more information in this picture that could be "discovered" by manipulating the image.
When I'll visit this aquarium next time, I'll take a better camera with me and take another shot

Yes, I know about the blurriness, but can't do anything about it, my camera had a hard time finding a focus on this object, i tried several times and took the best image.

yeh, but you could still try and get a BIT more sharpness with some sharpen filter in any usual 2d software and add SOME contrast with basically the same "countermeasures"
