What to say, what to say...The short version is that I think this is one of the best things I've done to date. The long version is, well... the time it took me to do it.
Which really wasn't all that long. I'd be surprised if it was 6 hours total. Probably closer to 4, on and off, over the past day.
It's Elizabeth Swann from Pirates of the Caribbean 1 and 2, though specifically this was from Dead Man's Chest. It was referenced to the extent that I got her pose and her clothes from a photo from a magazine, but I wanted to make her face more "comic book-ish."
4.5 hours, Photoshop CS2 with Wacom tablet.
EDIT: Sorry about having to re-submit it. I just realized there was some clean-up that I hadn't done on it, and I had to color her jacket buttons. Everything's good to go now!
3 layers of lineart, 34 layers of color, 46 layers used in total. Total uncompressed PSD file size: 79.7mb

the coloring of the sleeves is very good, generally you seem to have no problems with that part, I also think you've learned your anatomy and proportions
the only thing I could critique is, that it really looks a bit sloppy, especially the black line-art -- do you want to stick with line-arts in your digital paintings or do you plan to be able to do without them one day?

Doing a drawing with or without lineart introduces different dynamics into the piece.
I've never done well painting without lines. My grasp on color isn't that good. I have been working on it though -- I will probably create paintings without lineart, but I will always have lineart drawings.

well, personally I try to go for the no-lineart thing, but of course there also are great pieces with line-art - still I think the line-art should be more carefully done then

Well, the coloring took about 4 hours. The lineart was maybe another hour of work.

The shirt took me the majority of the time. xD Of the 4-5 hours, it probably took me between an hour and a half and 2 hours to get the shirt just how i wanted

Oh, and lately I've been sucking a whole lot in Counterstrike. It's really pissing me off. >.<

Yeah, but counterstrike ish sooooo funny. Espesh wen u play against your brother (my brother is three years older than me and really good at PC games...) so i kinda suck against him...it's so funny tho!

The way I look at it, some of those people who are really good play the game for 5 or 6 hours a day -- I'll play it for maybe 3 or 4 hours over the course of 2 or 3 days.

Well, i play it les than that, but it is annoying sometimes wen your dying every 5 seconds...but i get better at it quite quickly, so it's not that bad!
