I'm sorry to dissapoint [no one] with a tiny crappy doodle.I thought all of the no-upload excuses I've been making were just related to laziness... And that may be partly (if not mostly) so, but I've just realized that I actually, truly, really have nothing worth uploading. Not the "ee this is too crappy to put online" kind, but the "eeee this is too unfinished to count as a drawing."

Anyway, this is the kind of stuff I've been doing lately. Chainy-spikey modern pseudo-egyptian anthros with toony-ish countenances (in an attempt to create faces with more emotion). This isn't really a good example of the outfits I've been thinking up, but whatever. There was going to be blood and something and something and a dead body, but, ya know, I'm lazy, and...
No, that's pretty much it. I'm lazy.

I love the bits of pink in her color scheme. They make her look more real or 'earthly', I think - more familiar.
Just looking at her eyes, you get the impression she's disturbed/distressed at the moment.

An instant favorite. Somehow, sometimes, unfinished pieces can be that much more powerful, simply from the amount of unbridled energy that comes from something that hasn't been picked to pieces, but still has the vital details and forms that create movement and life. I happen to love this, partly because of it's lack of... perfection. It is slightly 'flawed' and incomplete, but that simply reflects the nature of what you appear to be portraying- something at least relatively human, and, therefore, subject to error. The slightly 'whitewashed', low contrast colors add a wonderful effect as well. It all seems very dim and grimy, and it seems to add, not subtract.

i love her/his head (i know that sounds wierd, but...)
very good pose that you drew it in too. The outfit makes the creature look like a slave.
CC:The bottom half of the picture seems to be less detailed than the rest of it (re: the head ^_^) There's so much detail and colour in the face and hair, but the tail looks kinda bland.
