The shape and teeth are great. The back looks strong and fearful - just right. Maybe you could do more with the eyes - it`s often eyes that show coldness, brutality. Also, perhaps make the tongue much longer and forked. I sense something needs to come out of the mouth. I hope these ideas help.

Looks like a good first start to me. Far better than my first Digital, I took it down from DA I was so embarrassed. You might try using light to dark tones of color next time instead of black lines to bring out shape & detail next time. Then experiment with applying gradient shading.
