Description Rum Tum Tugger from CATS, plus a friend's character, Isoceles.

I drew it like.. two or so years ago, so it's not so good. But I AM pleased with the blend on Tugger's arms. Plus his hands. I just dont like his face or her shoes. TANT PIS, oh well!
