Well, if you're doing it digitally, you can draw and color your chibi on the computer, then print it ( I do mine traditionally). After that, you trace your chibi outline on some card stock paper, then cut the outline on the card stock. If there are pencil marks, you can just erase them. Then, glue the chibi onto its card stock base. There are many different ways to laminate keychains, I usually get laminating sheets ( you can get a lot of them for only $7.00), put the keychain inside the sheet, and heat it until all the seals and air bubbles are gone. Then, I just cut it around the keychain. uses packaging tape and covers the whole thing.
