If I remember correctly, someone - maybe the "Electric Universe" group - was speculating or claiming that some amount of water is created in the upper atmosphere, given that the solar wind is largely made of hydrogen ions, and our atmosphere is rich in oxygen. This reminded me of that idea, especially given how much they talk about comets.

Hm, that can make sense, but water has to have been there on earth before the life on earth was there to create the oxygen, to let the described process happen^^ I guess, that could lead to a discussion, what was there first, the chicken or the egg

ну, сначала что нибудь похожее смотрю, цвета подбираю.
сначала грубо цвета наношу и потом кистью и пальцем-размазывателем в фотошопе форму придаю.
облака получаются потому что часто смотрю наверх и интересуюсь всем что там происходит. чтоб рисовать облака надо попытатся представить себе как они образуются, как движутся потоки воздуха, откуда свет идет..
