I made this design on a whim and I really like it, except I don't have a place or story to put her in. ;w; And I don't want to give her away for points because it's a useless form of money sheeshSo yeah, offer stuff!
Things you can offer:

I'd love to hear about story or character ideas if you have any as it improves you chances of getting her (I just want her to find a nice home ;w; ).
Who gets her depends on your offer. If I love an offer right away, they'd probably get the design. Else, I'm waiting for 1-3 days how the offers are going and then choose.

Name: Alazne (meaning: miracle)
Age: Unknown
Bio: Alazne is a cheerful and quiet stranger that loves the city. She's not very open, but will not shut someone out if they need help. She usually frequents big tourist spots, like New York City, and gravitates towards the nature-y parts of town, like parks or community gardens. Occasionally, she's been spotted watering the plants with her power, but when asked about this, she shuts the person inquiring completely out. She's not actually hurting anyone, so even if she is reported to any authorities she is quickly dismissed. All in all, she is a very mysterious person with a love of big cities and plants. (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧

Name- Jennet
Age- 19
Personality- Jennet, known as Jen to her friends, is a sweet and somewhat unusual girl. Her dream is to become a fashion designer, though she knows that with her odd power, finding employment could be difficult. Jen was born the way she was, though it didn't develop to a full stream until her teens. Her mother, a full human, can only guess at what Jen is, as her father was a one night stand without even a first name to tie him down. Jen lives with her mother and little sister, helping them make ends meet by selling her clothing designs here and there. They live in a run-down shack of a house, on the darker side of the neighborhood, and many there are quite superstitious. As such, many of Jen's neighbors see her as a witch, a demon-spawn, and shun her. While it pains her, she understands their misconceptions. It doesn't stop her from watering their plants during the droughts.
Though Jen would never admit it, she does have one rather unusual secret; she can't swim. It embarrasses her like nothing else, and, as such, she never goes to the pool. Her dream is to one day move her family out of the rubble they live in, and take them to a big city where nothing will stand in her way.
