I recently made a recording of the medieval Georgian hymn, Shen Khar Venakhi for 3 cellos youtu.be/bzbdrGumo1A .
While researching the music, I came across this picturesque monastery in the middle of a vineyard in the east of Georgia. It was so enchanting that it inspired me to make a quick watercolour of it.
