Pokey, You can save it as a JPG file by clicking Save as.
Then click where there's a Save as:: PSD file
after you click it, there will be options on what kind of file you want.

i have Diamond on the DS,and i also have a LeafGreen on my GameBoy but it was deleted do so now I just use my Diamond.

pwede mo sya save as jpeg, tapos post mo sya dito, anyway hm.. tingin ko lng a need mo pa smoothen yung lines, and gamit ka polygonal lasso tool para di lumagpas yung color mo, so far your in the right track so need mo lng ng practice. tingin ka rin mga tutorial sa photoshop dyan din ako natuto hehe! hanap ka tutorial dito sa deviantart, dami dito.
