A pencil drawing of Marilyn Monroe which I did a couple of years ago. This portrait was displayed in a local art exhibition in 2002 and was among the " top 3" best portraits of the exhibition.

PLEASSSSSE do you have any tips for me bout teeth and lips? I started working on her portrait, but her lips and teeth were so wrong i kept erasing until there was a whole in the paper! lol

Hey thanks, I'm glad u like it. Well what can I say, there's no secret or a special tip to get it done, all I can say is keep practicing, be patient and pay a great deal of attention to detail.

lol i dont think practcing is the answer at all lol , goodness knows how much ive been at it and it hasnt even came close to your artwork which is phenomenal, if you dont mind me asking that is how did you do her hair ? thats one thing i dread is drawing hair .....

Wow. Amazing work. You've captured her beautifully. The shading is wonderfully done. This looks like an actual black and white photo. I must also agree that this deserved to be in the top three.
