No, and we only have one at the zoo here :/
All the animals look so down all the time,
you hardly ever see them walking around,
and when you do their simply pacing :/
their cages are rather small, at least to me, they are.
I'm going there this weekend,
hopefully they've done something new.
Last time I was there, we had gotten a panther,
but they got rid of the jaguar :/

I hate it when people act like the zoo is evil putting animals in 'cages', when really they're prolonging their lives, educating the public, and giving them what I'm sure is the best care possible. And the so called 'cages' are large enclosures made to suit the animals needs. Feh. Some people are just ignorant, I guess. n_n;;

I agree, I can't stand the folks who sit around and say "oh I feel so sad for the tiger." "the tiger should be out in the jungles back where they belong." "oh that tiger looks so bored." "Poor thing looks emaciated." "That tiger must be saying 'let me out of here'". I swear, I cant tell you how much I want to punch the shit out of the person and toss em to the tigers they think are so sad. Tigers in a zoo are a hell of a lot better off there than in the wild where poachers can get at them. Sure it would be nice if they were in the wild, but they're saddly not safe. And I cant stand that people say the tigers at my zoo look ill treated. For god's sake we have a fucking conservation program, and the ONLY conservation program in the US. You think we'd be misstreating out tigers if we had a conservation program?! Stupid, uneducated spectators.

yes. maybe for them, it is natural if the animals were killed by us humans.... I think our tigers are happy. Just because of the baby tigers they make for the breeding program
