well there is the saying "turn sour" if it start to smell life butter you:
1 flush it down the drain
2 try making cheeze with it

remember if you try to make cheese you should know that
1 it will taste different from the one you usually eat
2 it might not be potable if you don't follow a receapy
3 it will be SMALL because cheese factory use WHOLE milk and you dont
4 you might end up with butter first
