Oil on canvas, 90x120cm, 2013.dedicated to my cat who passed away early this year. She was my little sunshine and I still miss her incredibly.

NO WAY! THIS IS AWESOMEEE!!!!! congratulations!! it's so exciting for me to see people I watch get DD's, credit where credit is due! this is a great piece, I'm sorry to hear about your cat. I have a cat too who is on deaths door with kidney disease, but since I'm taking care of her she has been stable, her brush with death makes me fear it even more now, I hope you are doing well.

This is haunting, lovely. It contains just enough traditional death imagery that I wouldn't be left completely guessing at the meaning, but the other elements you combine with it are so unexpected for me that it makes it wonderfully fascinating, and of course surreal. This painting feels like a death, a crossing over. I think it really conveys how much your cat meant.

Ich liebe solche Bilder. Vor allem ist das nicht sofort zu durchschauen sondern lädt den Betrachter ein, sich mit ihm zu beschäftigen. Es ist, als ob der Verstand beim Betrachten des Bildes auf eine Reis geht. Wow!

danke! das ist auch meine Intention, dass man immer wieder etwas Neues entdecken soll und sich das Bild nicht auf anhieb erschließt. Und es ist immer schön, wenn jemand das zu schätzen weiß

Gerne geschehen. Ich finde solche Bilder auf jeden Fall richtig toll. Und wenn ich Ihre Bilder sehe, weiß ich, das man nicht immer nur Abstrakt malen muss, um diesen Effekt zu erreichen. Kann man Ihre Bilder auch auf ausstellungen sehen?
