Yeah. My hands go in pvc pipes (front legs) and just move XD I dont know how to explain it. If you look at wip pictures of people and their quadsuits youll see how they walk

I bet this suit was really hard to wear,since Arceus is rather skinny,I know there stilts in the legs . love the suit overall

I'm confused on the whole concept. What materials to do where I could get the material and how I can save as much money as possible.

well you use foam as the base? (sorry lol i suck at explaining) like how i did this [link]
the foam i used i got over at hobby lobby (its cheap and not as much as the green foam that can be found at joanns)
if you want to make a quad with an extended neck like arceus you would also need a helmet (so you can attach the foam onto it)
and for the material you want to use for the 'skin'/ fur i would say look at joann depending on what you want to use or look here (it has a crap ton of different furs lol) [link]
And finally~ for the front legs i used pvc pipes that can be found at lowes or homedepot ^^ i made holes in the pipe and glued a wooden stick, pole thing that i got from hobby lobby (though im not so sure if thats a good idea to do since i injured myself ALOT. because the wood)

Sorry I keep asking questions, but i'm trying to get alot out of the way. What should we use for the first base? Like something we can build the foam off of? Do we just use some old clothes and shoes of a duck tape dummy?

Could you explain more about the pvc pipes? Length maybe? Way of designing? I have an idea of how we can do it. I just really want this to be an amazing cosplay not one of those thinky skinny lookin nine tailed fox quadsuits lol..

I'm trying to save as much money as possible. Me and my friend Waylong are going to make a nine tailed fox quadsuit. Were goin to try to have it done near the end of March. We work fast and I hate breaks. We think we can do it. Any ideas on where or how to save money? I know i'll go to hobby lobby? Any tips on how we should do this?

the cheapest foam you can get you'll find at hobby lobby so that'll save you a little bit more money.
this should help with the length thing [link] (so you just have to make sure when you put on the pvc pipes itll look like that. sorry i really suck at explaining)
what i did for the base to put the foam on was old cloths and shoes.
you can use a duct tape dummy if you want and you might beable to shape the foam better that way? (i never tried the duck tape dummy before ;v
and its okay. i dont mind the questions. ill try to answer the best i can ovo
