Go for it, they are so amazing! I was worried when i did the first time but the smokey chewiness of the bacon just compliments the cookie so perfectly. (Makes Chocolate Covered Pretzels look obsolete!)

Definitely going to give the recipe a try. Here is a tip for you, for making candied bacon: don't use regular strips of bacon. This last time I made it, all I had was regular bacon, definitely not as good as the thick cut!

Oh yeah, only use thick cut. I don't even buy the regular cut stuff.
