ARgh!^^ That's so typical... well I'd love to give some critique, BUT unfortunately my USB-Smellmaster 2000 is broken and I can't sniff it out what you did. So I guess my first step in giving critique is: Tell us at least generally what you did.
Well here are my thoughts about it. The idea is cool. I like the way you integrated the sparks and the person/backgorund. They blend nicely into each other in terms of contrast and lighting.
The same goes to the lady and the flame which fit together as well. It's just that they don't seem to blend in with the rest. While flame, guy and overlaying texture are all sharpedged and in crisp light the girl and flame are rather smooth comparing them to the burned out flame in the hands. My suggestion is to add lines to her dress and hair using the white-orange of the flame. Make it look like her hair is formed by the streaming sparks and the sparks caress her body. Not fly straight away from the hand. Smudging might help you there.
Plus you might think again about the texture overlay (?) on the arms. Some people might be sensitive to it and percieve it rather as skin disease than mystical effect

some really nice work, I think the flame adds a nice glow to the piece. the effect of the flame reminds me somewhat of fireworks and the pose of the chick works so well for her to be part of the flames.
