Yes, the eyes are naturally like that on that particular cat. I thought it was neat so I shot it (camera, not gun).

Two different eye colours is a typical feature of Turkish Van and Angora cats...
most of them have long fur and are white coloured.. and some of them are deaf.
How does this one look like?..

have you tried to focus it and then get some sort of jingly toy and put it above your camera?
