I keep coming back to this picture trying to think of something constructive to say...but it's really good, so it's hard to do.
As everyone else has said, you do look very different in this shot, but I think that's a good thing. When I do my work I always try to make myself look different. The angle and shadows work really well here, as usual. The blue catchlight in the eye throws you, at first I thought in a bad way, but the more I look at it, the more I like it. You look very determined and the blue accentuates that.
