mmm.. escher-esque! and the technique is familiar.. I can't think of the artist, though.. and my brain hurts from studying spanish..

haha. I do enjoy escher. i'm not sure what artist your referring to either. Spanish can be tough. I wouldnt know now though. I havent studied it in over two years.

Truly this is amazing. Distorted reflections are one of my favorite things in the entire world. Your skill is impressive. In fact, worthy of favortism. You've earned it.

Thank you so much. One night I was fooling around taking pictures and I saw this awesome reflection and just experimented with painting it and it turned out to be both fun and rewarding as far as what happened in the end. Instead of doing the usually dead on self portrait, I wanted to look at myself in a way that I never had done before. Even if it meant major distortion from what I really look like. anyway, thanks for the comment I'll have to go check out your page.

Thanks for your comment. I like the way your reflection looks in certaing objects. Especially rounded objects because it creates some crazy looking stuff that ends up being so much fun to paint.
