I came across this really cute Mermaid OC created by Kyleboy21 named Mirinda and...forgive me for not asking permission, but I wasn't sure if he would reply, so I hope he doesn't mind if I drew his character.
Her bio is that she's basically a mermaid with a desire and curiosity with the surface world, and gets the ability to experience it thanks to a birthday wish upon a wishing comet. Well, that's one way of becoming a human.
Also, it's a pretty cute idea to have her wear a basic short sleeve hoodie rather than your typical clam top or other Mermaid themed attire. Reminds me of Mindy from the SpongeBob movie.
