Jeey! More of Jeff the Killer, he is just so fun to draw. :> So, in the pic is Jeff, and his future if someone would catch him. It doesn`t look so bright to him... It would be this, or death penalty. But who would want to see Jeff dying?! No-one!I have made a speedpaint video of this in youtube, please go and watch it :> [link]
I used Easy Paint tool SAI and this took 1,5 hours to make. Which is a pretty quik if you compare this to how slow I usually am...
I don`t own Jeff, I only make the art.

Wow! That is awesome! For some reason, his straitjacket expression remind me of that Robot Chicken version of Calvin & Hobbes. But yeah, this scene totally fits Jeff's character personality
