Description
After over 2 months of work on this theme, ~rhyguy and I present Liscio. Please read the readme before installing.An installer package is included in the download. This will replace your SArtFile and Extras files. Make sure to back up before applying the theme.
Anyone who is interested in making some mods and plan to release must send a message to one of the original creators for permission. All permission to original authors has been credited.
System: OSX 10.5 Leopard ONLY

Hi, I have os x Lion and I had a similar problem: after trying to unistall liscio my mac still had some issues for example: my safari window was strange and finder was strange too but i discovered an easy way do fix.
- go to this link and download crystalblack demo: [link]
- install it and then restart you computer
- then open the .dmg file again ( the one to install crystalblack) and click the Uninstall app in the .dmg file
- follow all the steps and your computer should restart at the end, when it boot up again it should be good has new (I hope)
This solved my problem and i hope it solves yours...

I installed this theme on my mac osx Lion, but it did not work because I tried to uninstall it but I did not restore the original icons in the finder, and I'm now no icons in the finder!
Please help me what should I do?

I am having this exact same problem. It just won't go away. I have used the uninstaller, and it doesn't even appear in Mystique. It makes all my text disappear in finder, my buttons disappear on finder, the spotlight is gone too. Can someone please help?

Oh guys, I totally found out how to fix this but forgot to post the answer here...
So take a big breath- your mac is not screwed
Uninstall mystique/magnifique/whatever your program is called.
Download and install this skin - DONE!

using os x lion 10.7.1 and my sister installed this on my computer without backing up the SArtFile and Extras files. Is anyone able to provide me with those files to restore the appearance of my computer? I can't even exit out of windows, or expand them and I have no idea what to do. I need my computer for college and this is just not going to work.

Warning! Do not install this on Mac OS X Lion 10.7, it is not compatible and the uninstaller does not work, which forces you to reinstall your system to get it functioning again.

do you think you could release the rsrc and sArtFile without the installer package. i use snow but i can work on the files to make them work for me but not when i need to install in order to access them i would really appreciate this if you can do that

man this theme has fucked up my mac all the icons for the arrows back and forward and the little window icons have gone same with the names for all my files in the window, i have uninstalled and everything wer can i get the preset files of the sartfile n the extras files? please help!!!!

yeah....so i screwed this up. I installed it, but then I had to go some where, so i quickly ran the uninstaller and then turned the comp off. it's screwed up and the thing seems half installed, any tips on how i can get the default ui back? its screwed up.

this is really dumb, but i ran the installer and then the uninstaller quickly because I had to go, and then shut down the computer. I've been trying to uninstall, but it isn't working. everything is really screwed up. is there any way to do a hard revert to the original ui?

I got you have to restore the following folders so far as you can:

If you have snow leapord, and now you are stuck with that, what you can do is install a theme, like Vitae SL 1.3.3, and then deinstall that and it will bring everything back

k nvm i fixed it. you need to reinstall snow leopard (using the cd you get with the mac). it didnt delete any of my files but backup your files just incase before reinstalling.

Yeah. I had to install a Snow Leopard theme and de-install it and it was all back to normal. I was lucky I found someone who solved their issue the way I did otherwise I'd of had to re-install Snow Leopard.

So, I was one of those people that didn't read before installing and now I have quite a problem. I of course have Snow Leopard and tried to install Liscio.
Everything is crashing and I cannot use the menu bar.
Please help!!! Anybody know how to revert to default???
