Commission for Page 1/5Ryan was wandering through what he thought was just a park, near an old farm, when he came to it.
A saddle on a fence.
He found himself drawn to it, and wandered over to see it better, it rather plain and unassuming. As he puts his hands on it, he images what it must feel like to gallop horseback through the fields, the wind in his hair…

So here’s something new. I showed Ryan an in progress digital piece about a week ago, and he seemed to like it, so I offered to color his sequence digitally. I’m not sure how I feel about the medium, but I felt I had to learn to do it someday. I don’t know if I have the brain for layers, but you’ll probably see more of these in the future, the traditional stuff though isn’t going anywhere. So these are the first digital things I’ve done, my tablet went with me to Italy, and was promptly never used.
