Great work , very well exposed and it has great detail through the entire tone range. The lights also look wonderful and makes me wonder (as did photographicsam) if you used a star filter or if that's a result of the lens/aperture you used. Only thing is that flare on the upper right of the composition tends to distract the eye away from the actual subject, if at all possible you should try to get rid of it.
