I have a question tho. Many artworks have these rly cool background like yours, like clean and ousm looking, ugh I don't rly know how to eqplain it, put I can't do sth like that in PaintToolSAI. Do you make them yourself? If so then in what program/or sth ?

Try searching for free texture, if deviantart doesn't please you maybe you need to try searching on pixiv, they have lots of awesome texture
