This is the final stage of the game. Only if you have found five Goonies will the final warp passage direct you to the deck of the Inferno, where you will find your last Goonie buddy - presumably Andy? - but not Stef, who in this game may be represented as a boy, or Sloth - who might appear in the hidden area, though he does make a cameo in the final scene.

No Annie, though... maybe she's swimming behind the ship...

Because this appeared in arcades, the game doesn't stop when you reach the finish - CONGRATULATION - but continues with harder difficulty. I prefer to continue bumping into monsters until I see the Game Over screen, like at the end of The Goonies II...
