Over the many years of her existence Celebi has had a number of relationships that evolved alongside the time fairies ever growing forest.

Uxie and Celebi used to be together but agreed to mutually stop due to the differences in their personalities. Uxie remains cordial with Celebi and occasionally humors her lingering attraction to him.

Stargirl became Celebi's best friend almost overnight welcoming Celebi's affectionate personality with open arms. Her greatest wish for Celebi is for the fairy to understand that she well and truly is so much better than Celebi thinks she is.

Shu became a part of Celebi's life when she and Victini found her in the old wooden fort they used to play in. Malnourished and sick Celebi intended to nurse the weakened snake back to full health and leave her with a blessing of the forest to ensure her health instead she wound up with someone who dedicated her own existence to Celebi and her forest. Shu has become incredibly clingy with Celebi occasionally annoying her with how little Shu wants to do outside of her time tending to her garden and with Celebi.

Scout's (Ledragoon) actions caught the attention of Celebi during the time she was under the control of the Iron Masked Marauder. Scout's sincere desire to do more than her tiny body would allow her to do convinced Celebi to give her the means to do just that. After giving Scout the abilities she needed to make that difference she let the new superstar know that she'd be keeping in touch.

Victini has been Celebi's childhood sweetheart endearing himself with his larger than life personality and desire to be a great hero. Victini disappeared for a number of years to secure his safety, only to return to the forest when he was old enough to protect himself and control his powers. Their he and Celebi embraced each other for a moment to all those around them but lasted for days with the both of them. The two have become inseparable ever since they reunited as adults.
