After doing the Animated Dialga Wallpaper a while ago, I felt like Palkia deserved its own animation.Palkia doesn't have a "Primal" form like Dialga does, however, If you look at Dialga's primal version, the blue markings on it's body turn orange and the blue gem on its chest turns red. Blue and orange are complimentary colours, so I used that same idea for Palkia's "primal" version. The Purple shifts to yellow, while the gems on its shoulders turn green.

It may be that your computer (Or browser) didn't fully load the image. The animation does work (I just checked on my phone.) but it us a rather large file. Try refreshing the page once or twice and see if that works. Otherwise if that doesn't work, you can download the file so you can see it.

huh, that's strange. It works fine on my end, and I had a few friends of mine take a look and they see it as animated as well. I'm not sure that the problem is then...
