Here is Cupid's redesign! And the obvious inspirations for her is Morrigan Aensland from CAPCOM's Darkstalkers and the original Poison Ivy from DC Comics.Anyway, her backstory is that she's a Succubus that actually got banished to the Earth realm for being too attached to one of the tortured souls in Hell. While on Earth, she made her own human disguise and met Ymir King, who is a Dragonborn, (Half-Dragon), and they became close friends. Cupid explains she's a Succubus and Ymir is quite shocked about it, but is just mostly fine about it.
