I forgot to upload this in April...The next Monthi addition is Nova for April. I'm exploring simplify character faces and I don't know if that was the key but I didn't really struggle with Nova's face this month and I think it's one of my best ones. I think I’m just gonna give up trying to make each one of these “match” as far as style goes. They’re are going to be different styles and such as I made up the project so I make up the rules. I also tried to not render everything to the same level so the eyes have places to rest. Learning. I once again had fun doing this piece and I really like the end result.
As far as April correspondence goes:
We've got both Fire and Earth signs this month so I wanted a lot of browns and greens with punches of orange and reds.
Both Summer and Winter are represented this month, but I leaned more towards Summer. I tried to make it seem cozy so that it's a slight nod to cozy winter vibes.
Our doggo friend is a correspondence of the Taurus sign.
And I chose green plants like cacti for the Aries sign
I mixed the two woods to represent cedar (Aries) and oak (Taurus)
