Description I've been re-reading Deathly Hallows (for the fourth time), and the Sev/Lily part in the "Prince's Tale" chapter touched me this time more than it did the first three times I read the book. So I wanted to draw something to do with these two characters.
Also, I've wanted to try my hand at art nouveau for a while, and thought that Sev/Lily would be the ideal "couple" to depict in that style.

I've loved your art, especially your Harry Potter fan art for years now. Only just remembered I still had an account on this lovely site, so wanted to comment on this piece in particular. I'm currently rereading the HP series for the first time in almost 8 years, and I love how you've captured Snape and Lily here. Love the style, reminds me of tarot cards almost. <3
