Practice, practice, practice...Actually testing new brush set before jumping into production. Taming new brushes is always quite an adventure.
ps. I wonder how do you guys manage huge brush sets in Photoshop? Picking brushes from huge list is a real time killer.

You may consider making smaller brush sets out of your huge one. It'd probably be faster to switch between a few sets than to search for the right brush each time.

On another note, I needn't manage long brush sets. In Colors! 3D there are only three brush types, and no sub-types. But three is all you really need, as an artist may do a good many things with the available brushes, limited only really by their ingenuity and, well, the playback. Though this latter is most helpful for branching and so forth. I'm a bit of a branch-whore, if you might pardon the profanity, for I myself do not enjoy such words, in writing or reading. My apologies, however such seemed to be indicated.

Love this and all your work !!! Recommend making smaller brush sets for specific effects or project types. Just a suggestion. I am sure there are many others that could make even better suggestions though. I presently am trying to learn Corel Painter 12, but they too have a zillion brushes. Keep it up, we all love it or we wouldn't be here.

Энжи визуально очень интересная девушка. И косплеи у нее тоже на уровне.
Про Mixer Brush я как-то подзабыл, может и пробовал. А в основном тут разного рода текстурные кисти + слегка импрессионистская манера письма, когда ты работаешь массой, энергично "лепишь" свет и тень. Тогда рисунок смотрится довольно живо.

I guess they wouldn't focus on painting part that much. I'm working on PS since version 4.0 and brush managment haven't changed much.
