That is where I got the reference. The dress is also the Margaery Tyrell wedding dress. I rly loved the style of both of those. And I wanted Cullen in something that wasn't his armor or the nutcracker formal wear, I immediately thought of Oberyn's outfit and with the suns could be those for the Chantry.
