One pupil is bigger than the other. Stare feels a little blank. I like the lips and the hand. The contrast is cool. I would add some glare or reflection to the glasses. I like the shape of the left eye. Great overall sketch. Kinda makes you see her as a modern eclectic woman, trendy.
