Thanx everybody! I'm really humbled by all this praise. Ovyntarus : I haven't read Lem yet although another member mentioned another book by him I should also read, so I probably wil soon, I'm getting curious now. priteeboy : you could be right and that's the beauty of imaginary art- you can fantasize any story with it you like and none are wrong. BabakoSen : yes, I've heard that one before and I consider it a compliment although I hope I differ from it enough aswell. mikhalchyk ????

I like the natural yet heavily contrasting colour scheme. I can imagine those orange lifeforms are brittle and light. Made of a material sorta like the shells left behind after people eat prawns/shrimp (they even match the colour). I can this could be life on a low gravity planet with a thin atmosphere. Less gravity and air/wind resistance allows these delicate structures to stand tall whereas on Earth they'd probably end up coming down quite quickly in a storm
