What Is "IQ" ?
"IQ" stands for " Intelligence Quotient" .
Calculating IQs:
The IQ is equal to 100 times the Mental Age (MA) divided by the Chronological Age (CA).
Measuring IQs:
IQs are measured with IQ tests. There are a number of IQ tests available. The Picture Completion (telling what's missing from various pictures) is a "performance" (non-verbal) subtest in which the test-taker has to perform certain tasks as fast as possible.

i could see the 'straw' it is blur.. really.. i could see it.. and because it is 'blur' most of eyes cannot see it.. maybe only the one who have a quite sharp eyes can see it. and the shadow makes it clear (yeah, it is true) i DID NOT mean to offend anyone.

Well... the straw is not missing, is is present outside the right frame of the picture, it is not visible, one might say.... but visible it is, as the shadow makes it visible for us. Lovely picture. All the best.
