What really makes this for me are the reflections against the pillar. Although they do seem pretty bright, maybe making them a bit darker or adding anti-aliasing to make them less harsh would look even better.

That little splash totally seals it for me, it's a little over-exaggerated but that's what makes for an important focal point and solid animation! <3
