It's finally done! The mighty phoenix, King of the Birds. He is beautiful, powerful, and eternal. He is also prideful, and this flaw led him to challenge the ancient dragon , at whose claws he met defeat.
Yet he is immortal and forever aflame. One day, he knows, the dragon will falter, and the Bird King will rise from the ashes...

Done in an eastern style, with peacock feathers courtesy of (whose beautiful white peacock photographs you should look at -- they are marvelous!).

What animal did you get the wings from? I've been working on a creature myself but I can't find very good wings.

I think it was a dove or pigeon of some kind. It was a smallish bird. I take lots of pictures of animals at exhibits, like natural history museums and suchlike, or at farms or in the wild. Also when I come across a dead animal I sometimes take pictures (a little morbid I know, but I once found a dead bird in excellent condition, and because I could stretch out its wings and take still shots I got some very good pictures). You can also find a lot of good stock on deviantART.

I can see some kind of birds in this one phoenix, itβs brilliant.

I don't generally do requests, but I sometimes grant the use of permission of certain artworks of mine for limited personal stuff. Note me with the details of this game (for instance, is it commercial? Or is it free? How many people play it? Is it a card game, or what?)

It is an RPG game. At the moment it is only in development state. It will be free because we don't spend any money in making it. If we will get sponsor then we will have to make it for a price. Though we plan to make it as good as possible without payment. That's the reason why mostly everyone refuses to help us
Hope I'm not geting too haotic again...
Anyway game is like standart RPG game. Lots of charracters, each of them have their own personality and original fighting style. I'm scenarist and I'm trying to make this game as original as possible.
There are a lots of monsters(including almost all mythological creatures). Most of the already known races and 2 new. Beautiful weapons. Huge map. Excelent sidequests and features. And I hope that story will be good too. It starts as one girl wants to revanger death of her family and changes into one adventure after another and gets more complicated as the game gets further. If you will join us then you will be able to read rest about it in our forum.
