it is a good picture, but the whole pose is too tense, it looks obvious that the model is posing. for example, the hands are not in their natural position,they are tense and stiff.also, when one is in a position like that, the elbows support most of the weight of the upper body,and they sink into the matress, causing the shoulders to elevate and the head to sink.
